At Viper Vape, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final at the discretion of the owner. We do not issue refunds due to a change of mind or personal preference.
2. Device Warranty
All vaping devices purchased from Viper Vape come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. No refund will be issued on a device that is not found to be faulty.
3. Coils — No Refunds
Coils are mass-produced items and faulty batches can occasionally occur. As such, no refunds will be issued on coils under any circumstances.
4. Disposable Vapes
For disposable vapes rated at 20,000 puffs or more, customers must notify us of a fault within 2 days of receiving or using the product. Failure to report within this window disqualifies the product from any exchange consideration. Qualifying faulty disposables are eligible for an exchange only — no cash refunds.
5. Faulty Devices — Exchange & Store Credit
Where a device is found to be faulty, we will always first aim to offer a direct exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at the owner’s sole discretion.
6. Faulty Device Assessment Process
If you believe your device is faulty, the following process applies:
- The device must be returned to our store for initial inspection.
- Our team will test the device in-store to assess the fault.
- The device will then be sent to the supplier for their own testing and investigation.
- If the supplier confirms a manufacturing fault, we will issue store credit or arrange an exchange.
