Vaping products are strictly for persons aged 18 and older. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

3. Products

We strive to accurately represent all products, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and EFT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We offer delivery within South Africa. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. For in-store collection, items will be held for up to 5 business days after notification.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before making a purchase.

7. Loyalty Rewards

Our loyalty programme awards points on qualifying purchases (R1 = 1 point). Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time. Points earned fraudulently will be forfeited without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Viper Vape Kush & Coil and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. Vaping products carry health risks — by purchasing, you accept full responsibility for their use.
